Cheesy Pull Apart Bread

  • 1 loaf tiger bread
  • 8 Tbsp butter
  • 220g Charleville Grated Mozzarella & Red Cheddar
  • 3 cloves garlic - crushed
  • 2 Tbsp chopped parsley


  • Preheat oven to 200°
  • Slice the bread vertically and horizontally being careful to not cut all the way through the bread, stop about ¼ inch from the bottom of the loaf. Place on a sheet of tinfoil
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over a medium-low heat with the crushed garlic
  • Pour melted butter and garlic over the top of the sliced bread, gently parting the bread to make sure the liquid works its way into all the little spaces
  • Sprinkle the Charleville Grated Mozzarella & Red Cheddar over the bread, making sure to press into all of the gaps
  • Wrap the bread in tinfoil and bake for 15 minutes
  • Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes. Switch the oven to grill, and grill for a further 2 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle parsley on top
