Lighter No-Fuss Pizza

Ingredients

For the Base

  • 60g Wholemeal Wrap

For the Topping

  • 200g can chopped tomato, juice drained
  • 60g Charleville Lighter Red & Mozzarella grated cheese
  • 1 large tomato thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1tsp honey
  • Chilli flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped basil, to serve

Method

  • Preheat your oven to 220C/200C fan/ gas 7.
  • Lay your wholemeal wrap onto a baking sheet.
  • Spread the canned tomatoes over the wholemeal wrap to within 2cm of the edges.
  • Scatter with the Charleville Lighter Red & Mozzarella cheese then arrange the tomato slices over the top and drizzle over the olive oil.
  • Cook the pizza for 8-10 mins until crisp and golden around the edges.
  • Scatter with honey, chilli and basil to serve.
